- Automated Merit List Generation: No written exam or interview. Selection is made strictly on the basis of 10th standard (Secondary School) marks or grade/CGPA conversion.

- Final Selection: Final engagement order issued upon successful verification of marksheets, caste/category certificate, and local language proficiency.
